Transport Planning Associates is pleased to announce that planning permission has been achieved for the enhancement and improvement of East Berkshire College’s Langley campus. The development comprises internal reconfiguration of existing teaching accommodation, provision of sports centre measuring 1,686m2 (Use Class D2), hospitality suite measuring 739m2 (Use Class D1), Multi Use Games Area measuring 1,435m2 (Use Class D2) and 342 replacement car parking spaces together with landscaping. We prepared a Transport Statement and Travel Plan in support of the planning application.
