The proposed redevelopment of the former Newlands School in Seaford
TPA’s Oxford office, along with Pegasus Group, have successfully supported JAYNIC Properties Limited in securing planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Newlands School in Seaford to provide a residential scheme consisting of 183 residential units, which will be a mix of houses and apartments, as well as sports pitches along with associated changing and parking facilities. Working closely with East Sussex County Council to overcome local highway concerns enabled the application to be fully supported by the Highways Officer and the highway solution was highlighted by Head of Planning as a positive.
