We were instructed by Four Acres to support a planning application to replace two existing residential properties with to three residential properties and associated car parking spaces. The site is located close to Newbury town centre, making it highly sustainable, with access to a large range of local services and facilities, including both Newbury Rail and bus stations.
Planning permission was granted in September 2020.
