We were appointed by Brundell Property to support an application for the redevelopment of Nos. 1 and 2 Ash Grove for a student accommodation scheme comprising up to 79 beds. The site is located a short walk from the main University of Surrey campus, and as such was proposed to be largely car-free, with only 8 on-site parking spaces provided for use by staff and disabled residents.
The planning application was granted subject to conditions in February 2020.
