Following outline planning approval for the wider Milford Waterfront development in November 2019, TPA were retained by Milford Haven Port Authority (MHPA) to support the reserved matters submission for Phase 1 of the outline masterplan. This comprised the delivery of a new five-storey,100-bed hotel.
Full planning permission was secured in July 2020. Subsequently, TPA continue to work with MHPA, providing technical advice and transport support.
