James Darrall has been appointed as an Associate in the Bristol office. James joins TPA from consultant i-Transport LLP and has over 15 years’ experience in development and transport planning for a range of land use types and for both private and public sector clients. He has a broad range of specialist skills including highway mitigation solutions, town centre regeneration studies, and strategic and microsimulation traffic modelling. He has detailed working knowledge of the Manual for Streets and the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and is cognisant of the latest transport planning policies. He represents clients in negotiating with stakeholders and highway authorities.
