We were instructed by Lawrence Baker to assess the transport planning and highway engineering implications of a proposed development a four story care home scheme consisting of 92 apartments, along with 30 car parking spaces.The site is located close to the town centre and adjacent to Stratford-upon-Avons rail station with easy access to local bus services.
Planning permission was granted in July 2020.
