TPA’s Bristol office is proud to have assisted Strongvox Homes in obtaining outline planning consent for 44 dwellings at Wolvershill Road, Banwell. TPA prepared a Transport Statement demonstrating the accessibility of the site and that the increase in traffic would be immaterial.
TPA also prepared a Non-Motorised User Audit to confirm appropriateness of existing pedestrian infrastructure to accommodate pedestrian movements from the proposed development. The Local Highway Authority had no objections to the application further to detailed negotiations and subject to implementation of a Travel Plan and off-site mitigation to the existing pedestrian network in Banwell.
