Transport Planning Associates is pleased to announce that planning permission for a change of use at 45 Thames Road, Barking to provide a 800 Seater Place of Worship for Christ Embassy Docklands and associated office space, subject to completion of a S106 Agreement. Members of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Development Control Board voted in favour of the proposals at the July Development Board.
An extensive set of travel planning initiatives are proposed including a “Special Service” bus route specifically for the congregation as well as on-going monitoring of the site car park with the addition of softer travel plan initiatives.
